Dan is one of the top producers in the real estate industry in Southeastern Wisconsin. In addition to his brokerage experience, he is well-versed in due diligence, financial analysis, obtaining project approvals, project coordination and management, site construction, raw land valuation, plan review, wetlands, stormwater and municipal code. Dan is a licensed broker with extensive knowledge in residential and commercial development.

Working directly with senior management, Chelsey assists with the implementation of multiple real estate dispositions, asset management, and development assignments from inception through completion. She acts as a liaison between senior management and clients, organizing and managing the details of Point Real Estate’s many projects. Chelsey is a licensed real estate agent with experience in single-family, multi-family, condos, vacant land and short sales.

Joe has managed the approval, design, and construction of 22 residential subdivisions containing more than 1,500 lots and has extensively assisted the Business Park Development Team. He provides a detailed practical analysis of each project and implements market-driven solutions to add significant value and substantially reduce costs for all stakeholders.
